摘要
在信息技术不断发展的今天,企业和国家机关运作已经与网络密切结合,同时来自于网络的威胁和风险能够造成的损失和危害也不断扩大,建立起基于计算机网络风险的防范模式已经成为亟待解决的重要问题。
As the information technology is developing continuously,the operation ofenterprises and state authorities have been closely integrated with the network.At the same time from network threats and risks to loss and damage also expanded,to establish risk-based precaution mode computer networks has become an important problem to be solved.
