摘要
随着世贸组织乌拉圭回合谈判的结束,各个国家利用关税和传统的非关税手段来限制其他国家向本国出口商品的余地已经很小,于是,绿色壁垒便开始盛行。
With the end of the WTO Uruguay Round negotiations, all countries use tariffs and traditional non-tariff measures to limit their exports to other countries in the room is very small, so the green barriers have become popular.
