摘要
在实验室条件下,以不同预处理的羊粪为饵料,分别研究了不同温度、湿度和接种密度对赤子爱胜蚓生长和繁殖的影响,以筛选蚯蚓处理羊粪的适宜条件。结果表明：赤子爱胜蚓处理羊粪,较适宜的工艺条件为：80%羊粪＋20%木屑高温堆肥20 d,温度l5~25℃,湿度65%~75%,接种密度每市斤8~12条。
With different pre-disposed sheep manure as baits,the effects of temperature,humidity and inoculation density on the growth and fecundity of Eisenia foetida were studied under the experimental conditions to choose the suitable technology conditions for sheep manure disposing.The results showed that the suitable conditions were as follow：the temperature of 15~25 ℃,the humidity of 65 %~75 %,the inoculation density of 8~12 earthworms perhalf akilogram of high-temperature compost composing of 80% sheep manure and 20% sawdust.
