摘要
研究三维适形放射治疗对前列腺增生症前列腺特异性抗原(prostatic specific antigen,PSA)及前列腺酸性磷酸酶(prostatic acid phosphatase,PAP)的作用。选择(7~15)岁老年犬自发性BPH模型13只,随机分为两组,第一组8只,第二组5只。应用3-DCRT直接照射前列腺。以90%的等剂量曲线包绕整个前列腺,单次剂量2Gy,总剂量14Gy,应用6MV—X线完成照射。比较照射前、照射后1、3月血清PSA、PAP水平变化。结果:与照射前比较,照射后1、3月血清PSA下降(P〈0.05),PAP无显著改变(p〉0.05)。结论:3-DCRT可降低前列腺增生症PSA,可能与前列腺体积缩小、上皮细胞数量减少有关。3--DCRT对PAP无显著改变,说明能一定程度地保留前列腺功能。
To explore the PSA and PAP changes of the prostate after three - dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3--DCRT) of benign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH ), first, 13 canines of ( 7 - 15 ) years with spontaneous BPH were chosed as experimental models and were divided into two groups randomly. The prostate directly exposed to 3--DCRT. The whole prostate of per animal was the target and sorrounded by 90% isodose curve, and was subjected to irradiation of 6 MV X-ray by 2 Gy per time and the total dose of 14 Gy. The PSA and PAP changes of ser- um before and after irradiation are compared. Compared with the preirradiation, the 1 and 3 month postirradiation PSA had both reduced significantly (p 〈0.05), and PAP had no changed signifcantly (p 〉 0.05 ). It is conclusied that 3--DCRT could reduce the PSA of BPH, which probably relate to the shrinked volume of prostate and the decreased number of epithelial cells. The PAP have no significantly changed, which shows the part function of prostate kept after 3--DCRT.
