摘要
主要阐述了建筑工程项目管理中的价值管理,分析了我国建筑项目管理中存在的一些问题,重点探讨了建筑项目价值管理的内容、意义及体系的构建等内容,以期指导实践。
The paper mainly illustrates the value management in the program management of architectural projects,analyzes the problems in the management of the architectural programs in China,explores the contents,the significance,and management system of the architectural programs of the value management of architectural programs,so as to direct the practice.
