乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检研究及进展 被引量：5

摘要 10余年前出现的乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检术（sentinelymph node biopsy,SLNB）是一种微创且能高度准确检测腋窝淋巴结转移的方法。该技术发展迅速,对传统腋窝淋巴结清扫术（axillary lymph node dissection,ALND）的理念提出了质疑和挑战。长期以来,因ALND术后出现上肢水肿、疼痛及其他功能障碍等并发症,严重影响了患者的生活质量。通过对前哨淋巴结（sentinel lymph node,SLN）状态的检测和判定,
