摘要
在合理控制游离Ca2+和膨润土含量、优选处理剂的基础上,研究出了一套密度为1.9~2.2 g/cm3的钙基防塌钻井液。性能评价结果表明,该钻井液具有很好的流变性、抗温性能(150℃)和抑制性;具有较强的抗盐(饱和)、抗石膏(1.0%CaSO4)污染能力,能抗2%Na2CO3污染;在密度为2.0 g/cm3钙基防塌钻井液中加入10%的膨润土,或者在密度为2.2 g/cm3的钻井液中加入5%膨润土,钻井液仍能保持良好的流变性、润滑性和沉降稳定性,有利于井壁稳定,适用于易发生页岩垮塌、井眼扩大和地层损害等复杂情况地层的安全钻进。
In this paper,a calcium base anti-caving drilling fluid system with the density of 1.9 g/cm3 to 2.2 g/cm3 is developed based on controlling the contents of Ca2+ and bentonite at feasible ranges.The drilling fluid system has the characteristics of good rheology,high-temperature stability(150 ℃),inhibition,anti-contamination of salt(saturated) gypsum(1.0%CaSO4) and Na2CO3(2%).Moreover,this drilling fluid system still has good performances after adding 10% bentonite with the density of 2.0 g/cm3 or 5% bentonite with the density of 2.2 g/cm3,which is good to borehole stability and prevention of clay sloughing.
