摘要
采用2000—2009年的统计资料,通过构建经济开放度的评价指标体系,比较和评价东北三省的对外开放程度,结果表明2000年以来东北三省的对外开放度普遍有了提高,但三省的开放度均低于全国平均水平,而且区域内部也存在明显差异。因此,应该加快辽宁沿海经济带开发和长吉图开发开放先导区的建设、调整产品结构、改善投资环境、打造产业集群和扩大对外直接投资活动。
From the aspect of international trade and international investment,using the statistical data from 2002 to 2009,the authors calculate and compare the economic openness of the three provinces in northeast China.The results show that,though the economic openness of that area has improved remarkably,it is lower than the average level of the nation with evident difference among them.Consequently,the authors propose that the construction of coastal economic belt in Liaoning and the forerunner zone of opening up and development in Changchun-Jilin-Tumenjiang region should be speeded up.Besides,it is needed to adjust product structure,improve investment environment,establish industrial clusters and increase outward direct investment.
