对急性肾损伤分期的新认识 被引量：5

摘要 急性肾衰竭（acute renal failure,ARF）是由多种病因导致、涉及多学科的临床常见危重病,表现为肾功能急剧下降,短时间内血清肌酐（serum creatinine,SCr）进行性升高及尿量减少。长期以来,ARF缺乏统一的定义和分期标准,限制了相关研究发展。
