摘要
根据教育部的要求和实施素质教育的需要，文章分别从创设有利于学生创新的教学环境、开设探究性、设计性实验以及运用化学史实三个方面论述了怎样在化学教学中培养学生的创新意识和能力的培养。
According to the requirement of Ministry of Education and the need of implementation of quality-oriented education, this article respectively helps create the teaching environment which benefits the students, open researchable and designable experiment, use chemical historical facts to expound the fact how to train innovative consciousness and ability of student in chemical teaching.
