摘要
研究了小麦、玉米根际磷转化特性及VA菌根对小麦、玉米根际磷转化的影响。研究结果表明:磷胁迫、施用磷肥时小麦、玉米根际均形成Olsen-P、Ca2-P、Ca8-P、AI-P等养分耗竭区。两种作物接种VA菌根后均显著增加了根际Olsen-P、Ca2-P、Ca8-P、AI-P等形态无机磷的消耗量,而且,根际、非根际土壤各形态磷的浓度梯度显著减小。施磷及不施磷的处理,小麦根际土壤Olsen-P、Ca2-P的耗竭量高于玉米,施磷接种VA菌根的处理,玉米根际土壤Ca8-P、AI-P的消耗量明显增加。
The transformation of phosphorus in the rhizosphere of different crops and the effect of VA mycorrhizae to phosphorus transformation were studied. The main results showed that the amount of uptake Olsen-P, Ca2-P of wheat was higher than corn in phosphorus insuffi ciency. The content of Olsen-P, Ca2-P: Ca8-P, A-P was lower in the 0-2 mm, 2-4 mm rhizosphere soil than bulk soil. VA mycorrhizae increased the uptake of the fractions of Olsen-P, Ca2-P, Cas-P, Al-P and growth of wheat and maize, especially in soils with low phosphorus content and decreased the difference of phosphorus content between rhizosphere and bulk soil.
