摘要
目的:观察血脂康治疗高胆固醇血症的疗效。方法:将100例高胆固醇血症患者随机分对照组和治疗组各50例。治疗组给予血脂康0.6g,2次/日,对照组给予辛伐他汀10mg,1次/日,治疗8周。所有患者均同时进行原发病治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组总胆固醇(TC)下降率分别为18.5%和19.1%,LDL-C下降率分别为25.3%和24.7%。结论:血脂康治疗高胆固醇血症与辛伐他汀比较无明显统计学差异。血脂康是疗效确切的调脂中药。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Xuezhikang in patients with Hypercholesterolemia.Methods:In this random control clinic trial,which lasted for 8 weeks,100 patients were divided into twogroups.The treatment group(50 cases) were treated with Xuezhikang 0.6g,two times a day,and the control group(50 cases) were treated with simvastatin 10 mg,one times a day.All of the patients kept the general treatment of the primary disease.Results:TC,LDL-C were reduced by 18.5%,25.3% respectively in the Xuezhikang group after 8 weeks treatment,and 19.1%,24.7% in simvastatin group.and there are not any significant difference between the treatment and control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.2g Xuezhikang showed no significant difference in decreasing the levels of TC,LDL-C,compared with 10 mg simvastatin.Xuezhikang had exact curative effect on Hypercholesterolemia.
