摘要
采用冷轧堆设备、助剂对棉/氨纶针织物进行前处理,测试处理后织物的白度和毛效;再经溢流染缸染色,评定染品布面情况,并测定织物染色牢度。结果表明,冷轧堆前处理的织物基本适合染色需要,并可缩短织物在缸内处理时间,提高产能。与传统的缸内精练前处理相比,冷轧堆前处理降低成本38.8%,节水约2/3,节约蒸汽约70%。
Pretreatment of cotton elastic knitgoods is carried out with machines and auxiliaries for cold pad-batch process （CPB）, and the capillary effect and whiteness of treated fabric are tested. The semi-finished product is then dyed in overflow dyeing ma- chine, and the color fastness and surface status are measured. The results show that the fabric pretreated with CPB process can meet the requirement of dyeing. CPB pretreatment can reduce cost by 38.8%, save water by 2/3 and steam by 70%.
