摘要
以某PTA循环鼓风机叶轮为例,采用三维有限元方法,对叶轮与轴的过盈配合问题进行三维有限元分析,针对不同的过盈量和转速进行计算,获得了叶轮与轴之间接触应力的相应分布规律。对确定合理的过盈量和改进设计方法具有参考意义。
Taking a circular blower impeller for PTA project as an example,the interference fit between blower impeller and axial was calculated based on a three dimensional finite element analysis(FEA);and the effects of fit tolerance and rotational speed,the displacement and the contact stress on the interference-fitting surface were discussed to achieve regularities of contact stress distribution,to confirm a reasonable magnitude of interference and to optimize the design.
