摘要
目的:研究红/蓝光光动力联合五味消毒饮治疗寻常性痤疮的临床效果及护理要求。方法:治疗组采用红/蓝光光动力痤疮治疗仪,每周治疗2次,2次蓝光2次红光交替进行,疗程4周,每次治疗时间20min,剂量48 J/cm2。同时口服五味消毒饮,每日1剂;对照组仅口服五味消毒饮,每日1剂。结果:治疗组痊愈4例、显效31例、有效12例、无效3例;对照组痊愈1例、显效24例、有效20例、无效13例,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红/蓝光光动力联合五味消毒饮治疗寻常性痤疮为一种无创、安全、有效的新方法。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of the combination of red/blue light photodynamic and wuweixiaoduyin in treatment of patients with acne vulgaris and its nursing requirements.Methods The red/blue light photodynamic therapy device was used to treatment with acne vulgaris 2 times per week for the treatment group,2 blue light and 2 red light were alternately administrated for 20 min in each time,48 J/cm 2.All of the patients in the treatment group drink wuweixiaoduyin every day.The light photodynamic continued 4 weeks.On the other hand,the patients in the control group just drink wuweixiaoduyin every day.Results After treatment,4 cases were cured completely,31 cases were improved significantly,12 cases were improved effectively,and 3 cases were treated with no effect in the treatment group.However,one case was cured completely,24 cases were improved significant,20 cases were improved effectively,and 13 cases were treated with no effect in the control group.The effective rates in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusions The combination of red/blue light photodynamic and wuweixiaoduyin was a non-invasive,safe and effective method in treatment of acne vulgaris by,which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
