Langendorff法、冠脉结扎法及ISO诱导心肌缺血模型的比较 被引量：8

摘要 目前对冠心病心肌缺血的实验研究多采用Langendorff体外心肌缺血再灌注模型、冠脉左前降支结扎心肌缺血再灌注模型、异丙肾上腺素（ISO）诱导心肌缺血模型。也有少量文献报道采用垂体后叶素诱导心肌缺血模型。
