摘要
利用L-谷氨酸苄酯与三光气反应制备了N-羧基-L-谷氨酸γ-苄酯-环内酸酐(NCA),以正己胺为引发剂,引发NCA开环聚合,合成了分子量为6700的聚L-谷氨酸γ-苄酯(PBLG)。利用核磁共振仪(1H-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)以及一维大角X射线衍射仪(1D-WAXD)等表征手段对单体、聚合物结构进行了表征。结果表明,正己胺能够引发NCA开环聚合得到聚L-谷氨酸γ-苄酯,通过1H-NMR谱、GPC曲线测得聚合物的数均分子量;FTIR结果表明均聚物以分子内氢键作用形成α-螺旋结构;1D-WAXD衍射图表明,在该分子量下聚合物退火后结晶形成高度有序的六方晶系结构。
γ-Benzyl-L-glutamate N-carboxyanhydride(NCA)was synthesized from γ-benzyl-L-glutamate and triphosgen.N-hexylamine was utilized to initiate NCA ring opening polymerization and produced poly(γ-benzyl-L-glutamate)(PBLG)with Mn of 6700.The structural characteristics of polymers were attested by means of 1H-NMR,GPC,FTIR,and 1D-WAXD measurements.The results showed that the ring opening polymerization was initiated with n-hexylamine,and Mn of the homopolymer was calculated from 1H-NMR and measured by GPC in DMF,respectively.A α-helix structure was detected from FTIR spectrum.1D-WAXD patterns indicated an orderly hexagon-packing crystalline structure of PBLG after annealing.
