摘要
建立了一种柱前衍生/超高效液相色谱分析方法,对纺织品中的甲醛进行了测定,并对衍生条件、衍生产物的提取条件和色谱分离条件进行了优化。该方法线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9999,线性范围为0.05~83.2mg/L,平均回收率为99.30%~101.11%,检出限为0.01mg/L(S/N=3)。该方法的准确度和精密度均较高,完全满足甲醛测试的要求。采用该方法对市售样品进行了测试,并与比色法的测试结果进行了对比,结果表明两种方法的测试结果无显著性差异。
A HPLC method was established to determine the content of formaldehyde in textiles by using ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) coupled with pre - column derivation technique.The derivation conditions,the extraction conditions of the derivative products and the chromatography conditions were optimized.The method had good linear relationship with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999.The linearity ranged from 0.05 to 83.2mg/L.The average recoveries varied from 99.30%to 101.11%while the detection limit was 0.01mg/L at the condition of S/N(signal/noise=3).This method had rather high accuracy and precision,and could completely satisfy the demand of formaldehyde measurement.Some commercially available samples were analyzed by using this method.At the same time,several samples were analyzed by colorimetric method for comparison,and the results showed that the difference between these two methods seemed not significant.
