摘要
从青藏高原新农村建设的实际出发,以经济适用、节能减排为基本要求,从新农村的规划设计、围护结构、太阳能利用等方面提出了切实可行、经济合理的保温、节能技术措施,构建出一套适用于青藏高原的新农村住宅节能技术体系。
Proceeding from the reality of new rural construction in Tibet plateau, taking economy adaptability, energy-saving as basic require- ment, feasible and economic thermal-protection, energy-saving technology measures were proposed from the aspects of new rural plan, struc- ture and solar utilization. A set of new rural residential energy saving technology system was constructed.
