A Research on Suspect’s Emotion in Interrogation

摘要 情绪是犯罪嫌疑人心理活动的重要组成部分。本文回顾了以往文献中关于讯问中犯罪嫌疑人情绪的研究,包括分析情绪在讯问犯罪嫌疑人时的作用,讯问中犯罪嫌疑人的情绪特点,犯罪嫌疑人情绪的外显——非言语行为,以及影响犯罪嫌疑人情绪的方法,以帮助侦查人员有效获取犯罪嫌疑人的真实供述,进而推进侦查讯问活动的顺利进行。 Emotion is an important part of suspect’s mental activity.This paper reviews the literature regarding with the following research area related to suspect’s emotion,the function of analyzing emotion while interrogating suspects,the characteristics of suspect’s emotion,the explicit of the emotion-nonverbal behavior,and the method of affecting suspect’s emotion,to help the investigators obtain the real confession from the suspects effectively and promote the interrogation activities smoothly.
