摘要
植物病理学是研究微观和宏观世界客观规律的学科,是针对由真菌、细菌、病毒、植物寄生线虫等生物因素引起的侵染性病害而言的,其研究对象主要是人们肉眼看不见的病原微生物及寄主植物受害后的病理现象。结合本学科的最新研究成果,采用动画模拟植物病原物侵染植物的微观过程来展示知识点,化难为易,可培养学生的学习兴趣和积极性,提高了教学效果,准确地达到了预定的教学目标。介绍了植物病原菌侵染过程动画制作的基本过程,分析了近10年来植物病原菌侵染过程动画模拟方法的教学效果,总结了相关经验,并对植物病原菌侵染过程动画模拟教学方法中存在的一些问题进行了讨论。
Phytopathology is the scientific study of the objective laws in the macroand micro-world, specializing in the plant diseases caused by pathogens such as fungi, bacteria, virus, and plant parasitic nematode. Its subjects are the invisible pathogenic microorganism and the pathological characteristics of the host plants. Based on the latest research findings in Phytopathology, we utilized the animation simulation in our teaching to display the process of plant pathogenic fungus infection, making it easier for students to understand and stimulating students'interest in it. This paper first introduces the procedural of making animation simulation of the plant pathogenic fungus infection, then analyzed the teaching effects of applying of the plant pathogenic fungus infection animation simulation in the last 10 years, summarized the gained experiences, and lastly discussed some of the existing problems in the teaching practice of using animation simulation of the plant pathogenic fungus infection
