摘要
目的探讨中西药结合治疗葡萄膜炎的临床疗效和特点。方法回顾性分析60例葡萄膜炎患者的临床资料,将之分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组为采用中西药结合疗法,对照组采用单纯西药疗法。结果治疗组治疗后病情稳定,病程缩短,视力较对照组明显提高,眼部体征较对照组明显改善。结论中西药结合治疗葡萄膜炎效果优于单纯西药疗法。
Objective To explore the characteristics and the clinical curative effect in treating uveitis with Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods Review and analyze the clinical data of 60 uveitis patients,who had been divided into treatment group 30 which accepted Chinese medicine with western medicine treating and compare group 30 which accept- ed western medicine only. Results After the treatment group had been cared. The illness state is in a stable condition. The illness course was shortened. The eyesight was obviously improved. The eye signs were significantly improved. Conclusion The effect in treating uveitis with Chinese medicine and western medicine is better than western medicine only.
