后路侧块螺钉钢板治疗强直性脊柱炎合并颈椎骨折11例 被引量:7

摘要 目的:评价后路侧块螺钉钢板治疗强直性脊柱炎合并颈椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2004年5月至2010年5月间11例采用后路侧块螺钉钢板治疗强直性脊柱炎合并颈椎骨折患者的临床资料,记录术前、术后神经功能分级以及骨折部位、内固定情况和并发症发生情况。结果:经过平均37.5个月随访,11例中5例神经功能有不同程度恢复,未发生内固定失败情况,1例死于围手术期并发症,无其他手术并发症。结论:后路侧块螺钉钢板治疗强直性脊柱炎合并颈椎骨折临床效果良好。
