摘要
目的:了解肱二头肌长头肌腱在结节间沟处的解剖学特点。方法:在20具防腐尸体上,对肱二头肌长头肌腱的走行、毗邻结构以及解剖学特点进行观测。并在60例骨性标本上,对结节间沟进行观测。结果:肱二头肌长头肌腱在结节间沟内小结节处受到明显地挤压,在此处肱二头肌长头肌腱变薄变窄。骨性标本上,小结节向结节间沟骨内明显增生,使结节间沟在此处明显变窄。结论:肱二头肌长头肌腱在结节间沟小结节处较易受到磨损和挤压。
Objectives:To understand anatomical characteristics of the tendon of long head of biceps brachii at the location of intertubercular sulcus.Methods:The course,anatomical characteristics and syntopy of tendon of long head of biceps brachii were observed on 20 cadavers.The intertubercular sulcus was observed on 60 specimen of humerus.Results:The tendon of long head of biceps brachii was obviously compressed by small tubercle in intertubercular sulcus and the tendon appeared thin and narrow.On the humerus specimen,intertubercular sulcus was narrowed by obvious hyperplasia small tubercle.Conclusion:The tendon of long head of biceps brachii was facilely compressed and injured in intertubercular sulcus at the location of small tubercle.
