摘要
针对国内现有部分地区供电局采用通用分组无线业务(general packet radio service,GPRS)无线通信技术来实现配电网数据传输所带来的安全性、可靠性和实时性较低的问题,阐述GPRS无线通信系统的特点和结构组成;以广东电网公司在2010年中秋节期间进行的1次配电网GPRS无线通信方式的专项性能测试为例,对其可靠性和实时性等性能指标进行分析。测试结果表明:GPRS无线通信方式在节假日期间会发生信道繁忙甚至出现阻塞等情况,其通信信道传输性能较之在正常情况下有较为明显的下降,对电网的无线数据安全可靠传输带来极大的考验。依据分析结果对配电运行管理部门提出了建议和改善措施。
Aiming at inferiority of safety,reliability and real-time resulting from wireless communication technology of general packet radio service(GPRS) for data transmission of distribution networks in some domestic power supply bureaus,the paper states characteristics and structure composition of GPRS wireless communication system;by taking a special performance test on GPRS wireless communication mode of distribution networks in Middle-autumn Day in year 2010 for instance,the paper analyzes such performance indexes as reliability and effectiveness of the wireless communication system.The rest result indicates that the channels of GPRS wireless communication mode become busy or even blocked in holidays and the transmission performance is obviously decreased than that in normal conditions,which brings great challenges to safety and reliability of wireless data transmission of power grids.In accordance with the analysis result,the paper brings forward suggestions and improvement measures to department of power distribution operation and management.
