摘要
500kV台山电厂二期接入系统输电线路大跨越工程跨江塔高202.5m,地形特殊,钢管塔组立施工难度大。针对这种特殊环境的钢管输电铁塔组立,采用座地双平臂抱杆组立钢管高塔,介绍了座地双平臂抱杆的特点、安装流程、软附着计算、吊装施工及拆卸步骤。施工经验表明,此技术可应用于特高压架空输电线路大跨越的角钢塔和钢管塔组立。
The river-crossing tower in large crossing project of Phase-Ⅱaccess system in 500 kV Taishan power plant is 202.5 meters and the topographic is special,which imposes great difficulties to construction of steel tube tower assembly.As for assembly of steel tube transmission towers in this condition,the double horizontal arm grounding hold-pole is adopted for tower assembly.The paper presents characteristics,installation procedure,calculation of flexible attachment,hoisting construction and removal steps.The construction experience indicates that the technology can be employed in assembly of eagle steel frame and steel tube tower in large crossing project of UHV transmission lines.
