摘要
通过问卷调查的方法,以北京国际医学培训会议为例,从参会者的角度探讨了会议顾客满意度的影响因素,分析了会议产品功能、会议交流形式、参会者属性条件对会议满意度的影响,并结合参会者的消费需求提出了相应的对策建议。
In order to promote industrial development and improve the meeting satisfaction and organization management level in China,in this paper,taking Bejing international medical training session as an example, it discusses the influencing factors of meeting customer satisfaction from the perspective of participants by using questionnaire survey. The paper mainly analyses the influences of meeting function, meeting format and participants attribute conditions on conference satisfaction, and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the consumption demand of the attendee.
