摘要
结合西畴县实际,通过对西畴的自然环境条件、社会经济状况、土地资源优势、劳动力资源优势等方面进行分析,从花椒基地的建设到花椒产业建成后可能产生的效益及花椒产业的发展对西畴在社会、经济、生态等方面所产生的影响进行评估,探讨了西畴花椒产业的发展前景。
The strategic decision of Western Development brings new opportunities for the west redions to promote the economical development. In order to seize the opportunity for speeding up the economic and social development,the government of Xichou County restructures the forestry industry and actively improves the local ecological environment, in order to enhance the income of local people. Combining to the actual conditions of Xichou County, this paper analyses the construction of Chinese Prickly Ash industry and its potencial benefits through analysing the aspects of natural environmental conditions, socio-economic status,land resource and labor resources superiority of Xichou County. Besides,the paper evaluates the influences of the Chinese prickly ash industry on the development of society, economy and ecology of Xichou County. Finally,the paper discusses the development prospects of Chinese prickly ash industry in Xichou County.
