运动与心血管重塑的免疫机制研究进展

摘要 心血管重塑的免疫学机制研究是目前心血管疾病研究热点之一。心脏本身是内分泌器官,又是多种细胞因子作用的靶器官。心血管重塑的发生、发展进程与炎症反应、神经-内分泌-免疫系统、细胞因子之间密切相关。研究运动与心血管系统重塑的免疫机制对于防治各种心血管疾病和运动心脏康复治疗具有积极意义,本文将综述运动心血管重塑的免疫机制研究进展。 Immunological mechanism of cardiovascular remodeling is one of the hot research topics in the field of cardiovascular disease. The heart is an endocrine organ, and it is also a target organ of cytokines. Inflammatory reaction, neuroendocrine and immune systems and cytokines are important mediators which contribute to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular remodeling. It is necessary to research on the immune-regulating mechanism of cardiovascular remodeling so as to prevent cardiovascular diseases and it has positive effects on exercise therapy of heart patients. The aim of the present review is to provide an overview of immunological mechanisms of exercise-induced cardiovascular remodeling.
