摘要
为探讨大四学生认知风格与择业效能感关系,采用镶嵌图形测验和择业效能感问卷对重庆市与黑龙江省两所高校227名大四学生进行调查。结果发现:(1)大学四年级学生在认知风格上有显著的性别与专业差异;(2)大学四年级学生在择业效能感有显著的性别差异,在专业性质上没有显著的差异;(3)不同认知风格类型的大学生的择业效能感差异不显著,认知风格与择业效能感的相关不显著。
To explore relationship between cognitive style and job search efficacy in seniors college students.227 participants were investigated by used the cognitive style figure test and job search efficacy inventory.The results showed that(1)there were significant gender and professional differences in cognitive style.(2) there was significant gender difference in job search self-efficacy,and there was no significant professional differences in job search efficacy.(3) there was no significant correlation between Cognitive style and job search efficacy.Different type of cognitive style students had no difference of job search self-efficacy.
