摘要
依据职业标准和岗位实际,培养社会需要的高技能人才,已是目前各高职院校专业改革的宗旨。高职物流管理专业具有较强的实践性,理应在专业调研、专家论证的基础上,科学定位培养目标,明确核定人才规格,创新探索培养模式,着力培养更加符合企业用人要求的高技能物流人才。
It is a purpose of the current reform for vocational college professionals to train highly skilled personnel who meet the demands of our society according to professional standards and reality of work position.Because Logistics Administration is with very strong practicality,it is necessary to train highly skilled personnel meeting the demand of enterprise under some conditions,such as professional research and expert certification, scientific orientation of training target,explicitly checking talent specifications,innovating training model.
