摘要
从安全性考虑,通过对导弹检测的基本要求、现行模式、主要问题和事故隐患等与导弹检测的安全控制问题直接相关的要素进行了系统分析,得出了一些新的观点和结论,据此提出了对现行模式存在的不足进行改进的具体方法和措施,达到从根本上避免和消除事故的目的。
Concerning security by means of system analysis of the elements which are directly connected with the safety control problems of the measurement and test of missiles, such as basic demands, current pattern, main problems, and hidden troubles of accidents. Some new principles and conclusions have been reached, and according to this, some concrete improving methods and measures have been proposed to make up for the shortcomings in current pattern. The purpose of radically preventing and eliminating the results of accidents will be achieved.
