摘要
将自行研发设计的圆盘振动料斗与从国外引进的低净空流量控制闸门相结合,构成了散料堆场物料的输送系统;介绍了圆盘振动料斗与流量控制装置的结构特点和工作原理;该系统安装、操作和维护方便,可对流量进行精确控制,地下输料隧道结构紧凑,占地面积小。
A bulk material transportation system was constructed by combination of a self-designed feeder with a vibrating cone and a rotating disk and a flow-control gate which requires low overhead space;introduced are these two equipment regarding their structural feature and working principle;erection,operation and maintenance of this system are convenient and quantity of material flow can be precisely controlled;the underground transportation tunnel is compact in structure and occupies small area.
