摘要
美国次贷危机的危害之广使各国认识到现行国际货币体系的弊端,改革势在必行,我国应抓住这次机遇,稳步推进参考一篮子货币汇率形成机制改革,根据我国的基本国情,借鉴日元国际化的教训并加强和日本的合作,实现人民币由区域化到国际化的进程。
The United States sub-loan crisis harm makes countries recognized the current international monetary system malpractice.China should seize this opportunity,advance steadily with reference to a basket of currency exchange rate to form the mechanism reform,according to the fundamental national condition of china,draw lessons from the internationalization of Japanese yen and Japanese lessons and strengthen cooperation,implementation of RMB regionalization to internationalization.
