摘要
目的探索提高新护士业务水平的科学、先进、高效的培训模式。方法采用前后对照、对照组对照的方法,观察采用导师制结合PDCA循环对23名新护士培训的效果。结果新护士出师后,对护士职业的认知提高明显,尤其是对护理职业的认同感得到加强,人生规划更加明确,团队意识、沟通能力提高显著,情绪稳定性显著增强;培训后新护士各项考核合格率提高显著;与同时期常规带教方法比较,新方法优势明显。结论导师制使师生责任明确,目标一致,培训效率高;教学相长,有利于提高科室整体水平;PDCA循环管理把对新护士的培训从管结果变成管因素、管过程,从而使新护士的培训更加科学、有效。
Objective To explore a new scientific, advanced and efficient nurse training mode. Methods To observe the effects of mentor method combined with PDCA cycle in 23 new nurses training. Results After the training, the new nurses' understanding of nursing profession improved significantly. In particular, the nurses had better nursing professional identity, clearer life plan, obviously improved teamwork spirit and communication ability, greater emotional stability, and more qualified assessment results. Compared with the conventional teaching method, the new method has obvious advantages. Conclusion Mentor method sets the same goal and makes responsibility between teachers and students clear; therefore, the training is highly efficient. The complement of teaching helps improve the overall level of the department. PDCA cycle management turns the new nurse training from outcome management to factor and process management, thus making the new nurse training more scientific and effective.
