摘要
凝胶膏剂以水溶性高分子材料为基质,具生物利用度高、使用方便舒适、透皮吸收效果好等优点。凝胶膏剂的研究对传统中药新制剂的开发具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。文章通过对凝胶膏剂的基质研究、成型工艺研究、质量评价和研究展望进行了综述。
Gel-unguentum which is based on water-soluble materials has advantages such as high bioavailability, easy and comfortable using, excellent effect of transdermal absorption. The study on it plays an important part in both theoretical and practical significance of the development of TCM preparation. This review provides a broad overview of the study on materials, forming technology, quality assessment and prospects of gel-unguentum.
