摘要
随着企业信息化建设的不断发展,生产装置数据传输过程中对DCS的安全运行问题日益显得重要。针对传统的网络病毒防护手段的弱点,中国石化青岛石油化工有限责任公司大规模地应用了一种新的安全技术———本质安全型DCS隔离系统,并已在十余套装置上应用。该系统采用数据映像和机器图像识别技术,使生产控制网络与管理办公网之间物理隔离,在保证生产控制系统运行本质安全的前提下,实现了数据传输的真实性、及时性,为生产企业的信息化建设提供了全新的模式。
