复方苦参注射液联合化疗药物腹腔内注射治疗肝癌伴癌性腹水的护理

摘要 原发性肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其特点为病程进展快、恶性程度高,且大多伴有肝炎后肝硬化,其中相当部分患者发现时已出现癌性腹水而失去手术机会。我们近年以复方苦参注射液联合化疗药物腹腔内注射治疗原发肝癌伴癌性腹水患者,取得了良好的疗效。而护理在腹腔化疗中起着重要的作用,熟练及有效的护理,可使患者配合治疗的顺应性增加,减少各种并发症。
