摘要
研究了淀粉酶、木聚糖酶和益生素的不同组合对朗德鹅产肝性能、免疫性能、血清生化指标的影响.结果表明,与基础日粮相比,在日粮中同时添加200 g.t-1淀粉酶和100 g.t-1木聚糖酶可使朗德鹅的肥肝重提高18.6%、料肝比降低7.8%(P>0.05);而同时添加100 g.t-1木聚糖酶和4 000 g.t-1益生素可使肥肝重提高15.5%、料肝比下降9.7%(P>0.05),肝体比极显著提高(P<0.01),机体免疫能力也显著提高(P<0.05).
This paper aims to study the effects of different combinations of amylase,xylanase and probiotics on fatty liver performance,immune performance and serum biochemical indices of landes geese.The results showed as follows: compared with the basal diet,the fatty liver weight of landes geese fed diet supplemented with 200 g·t-1 amylase+100 g·t-1 xylanase increased by 18.6%(P0.05),and the ratio of feed to liver weight decreased by 7.8%(P0.05).However,the fatty liver weight of landes geese fed diet supplemented with 100 g·t-1 xylanase+4 000 g·t-1 probiotics increased by 15.5%(P0.05),the ratio of feed to liver weight decreased by 9.7%(P0.05),the ratio of liver weight to body weight improved extremely significant(P0.01),and their immune performance also increased significantly(P0.05).
