摘要
在分析对供应商知识进行整合的必要性和重要性的基础上,基于激进式产品创新的视角探讨了供应商知识资源整合的过程机制,包括供应商知识识别与搜索、评估与融合、利用与创新等过程,相应提出了内部知识管理审计、多渠道知识获取、知识地图、多方位评估、全面共享等策略促进整合。研究表明:多元化的策略有利于构建完整的供应商知识体系,提高整合效率和效果,促进激进式产品创新的成功。因此,组建专门的整合平台、畅通的信息沟通渠道、设计良好的供应商知识地图系统非常重要。
The integration of suppliers＇ knowledge is necessary and important for radial innovation.This paper focuses on the process mechanism of suppliers＇ knowledge integration based on the perspective of radial innovation,which includes processes of suppliers＇ knowledge identification and search,evaluation and integration,use and innovation.The paper proposes a series of strategies to promote the integration,including internal knowledge management audit,multi-channel knowledge acquisition,multi-faceted assessment,and knowledge sharing.The research shows that multi-stratigies are useful to the establishment of a complete suppliers＇ knowledge system,the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of integration,and the promotion of the success of radical product innovation,and therefore the authors argue that it is important to set up a dedicated integrated platform,a smooth information communication channel and a good suppliers＇ knowledge map system.
