摘要
目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)光凝治疗患者依从性的影响。方法选择2008年3月～2010年9月在住院的DR光凝治疗病人156例。随机分为干预组和对照组,每组78例,干预组实施规范的护理干预措施,对照组实施常规健康教育指导。分别于病人首次光凝治疗后3个月、6个月用自行设计的依从性调查表进行问卷调查。结果相同时间内干预组依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随时间延长,干预组依从性变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组依从性降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期行规范的护理干预能有效提高DR光凝治疗病人的依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on compliance among patients with diabetic retinopathy laser photocoagulation.Methods 156 patients with diabetic retinopathy laser photocoagulation selected from march 2008 to september 2010 were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 78 patients in each group,the intervention group was given standard nursing intervention,the control group was given routine health education guidelines,The compliance scale was applied to survey at 3 months and 6 months after the first laser photocoagulation.Results Compared with the control group,the compliance was significantly improved in the intervention group at the same time（P﹤0.05）.With the time prolonged,the compliance in the intervention group indicated no difference（P﹤0.05）,while the compliance in the control group was significantly decreased（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve on compliance among patients with diabetic retinopathy laser photocoagulation.
