摘要
针对工程建筑市场竞争日趋激烈的现状,探讨了工程预结算人员应注意的问题,分别阐述了施工图预算、投标报价、合同签订、施工阶段、竣工结算五个环节造价控制要点及注意事项,以指导实践,提高预结算编制质量。
According to the server competition in the engineering architectural market, the paper explores some issues which the engineering be- forehand settlement personnel should pay attention to, and illustrates the costs controlling points and precautions, including the budget for the engineering craft, the bidding and pricing, the contract signing, the construction stage and the finished settlement, so as to direct the practice and improve the quality of the pre-settlement compilation.
