摘要
首次从大凉疣螈(Tylototriton taliangensis)肠道分离获得弗氏柠檬酸杆菌(Citrobacter freundii),利用分子生物学方法对其16S rD-NA进行了扩增测序,并与GenBank中已有的有关序列进行比较,进行了系统发育分析。测序结果表明,16S rDNA与GenBank中序列同源率在98%~99%,分离的菌株与GU126681(C.freundii MRB0903)处于同一分支中;序列同源性及系统发育树表明,此菌为弗氏柠檬酸杆菌;药敏试验表明,弗氏柠檬酸杆菌对氨苄西林及头孢噻吩中介,对其余药物均敏感。
A Citrobacterfreundii was isolated from the intestinal tact of Tylototriton taliangensis,and its 16S rDNA was amplihed and sequenced by the molecular biology method,and then the 16S rDNA was compared with other sequences in Genbank to conduct a phylogenetic analysis. The results indicated that the 16S rDNA sequence of Citrobacterfreundii showed 98% -99% homogeny with those in the GenBank, and belonged to the same branch with GU126681 (C.freundii MRB0903). As shown by the sequence homology and phylogenetic tree,the bacterium was C.freun- dii,which was medium sensitive to ampicillin and cephalothin, and sensitive to other biotics.
