摘要
近年来,氯离子对钢筋混凝土结构的侵蚀已成为混凝土结构耐久性研究的重要内容,尤其是对钢筋初锈时间的探讨,钢筋混凝土结构的寿命受诸多因素的影响。本文以某海港码头为例,基于Fick第二定律中各参数的变化具有较大的离散性,利用Matlab软件对各参数作了明确的统计分析,最终得出各参数对钢筋的初锈时间的影响。通过对混凝土耐久性的概率分析,可以对钢筋初锈时间的作出一定程度的判断,再基于可靠度指标对该码头的除锈时间做出准确的预测。
In recent years,chloride-ion induced reinforced concrete structure erosion has become an important part of research content of concrete structure durability,especially the initial corrosion time of steel was discussed,the life of reinforced concrete structures is affected by many factors.In this paper,taking a sea port for an example,based on the discreteness of parameters variation in Fick's second law,the Matlab software was used to make a statistical analysis of all parameters,and finally the influence of all parameters on initial corrosion time of the reinforced concrete was derived.Through concrete durability probability analysis,certain degree of judgement can be made for the initial corrosion time of the reinforced concrete,and then correct prediction of port de-rust time can be made on the basis of reliability index.
