摘要
通过对一例小学求助者心理问题的形成原因与发展过程的了解、分析,对求助者的心理状态进行评估,对其做出诊断,制定了相应的咨询目标和咨询方案,咨询过程中运用行为疗法、认知疗法对学生的行为问题进行干预,经过十次咨询,学生行为得以改善,取得较好的咨询效果。
This paper concerns the consulting of a pupil's behavior problems,which shows that self-control ability is weak and the interpersonal relationship is poor.Through analysis of the reason and development,the paper evaluates psychological state and made diagnosis,and then formulates relevant consultation goals and consulting solutions.In the consultation process,the behavior therapy and the cognition therapy are used.After counseling for ten times,the student's behavior has improved,and a good result is achieved.
