摘要
高校德育效果是德育界永恒的话题,也是整个社会的热点和焦点问题之一。高校对大学生这个准社会群体实施德育效果的好坏,取决于高校德育系统的生态化程度。德育生态建设是德育实践的重要内容,是提高德育效果的关键。德育目标的统领性建设、德育制度的供给性建设、德育主体的人本化建设、德育手段的实践性建设以及德育环境的功能化建设则是高校德育生态建设的核心。
The effect of moral education in colleges and universities is not only the eternal topic in educational circles but also a hotspot and focus of the whole society.Whether the moral education effect is good or not depends on the ecological level of moral system.Moral education ecology construction,the key to improve the moral education effect,is the important part of the contents of moral education practice;Moral ecological elements’ construction——the overarching goal of moral education construction,the supply of construction of moral systems,the moral building of the human,practical building of moral means,and the functional construction of moral environment,are the core of the ecological construction of moral education.
