摘要
为更好地处理染料废水,对非均相类Fenton催化剂进行研究,制备出Fe3+和Mn2+双金属负载型催化剂.研究催化剂的制备方法和载体对Fe3+和Mn2+双金属负载型非均相类Fenton催化剂性能的影响,并采用XRD和SEM对所制备的催化剂进行表征,利用甲基橙模拟废水的降解对催化剂性能进行评价.结果表明:用溶胶-凝胶法和以海泡石为载体时制得的催化剂的性能最好,Fe和Mn分别以γ-Fe2O3和MnO的形式存在于催化剂表面,Fe3+和Mn2+、催化剂吸附作用和H2O2氧化作用之间均存在协同效应,可加快反应速率,并优化降解效果.
In order to better treat dye wastewater,the Fe3+ and Mn2+ bimetallic supported catalyst is prepared based on the research for heterogeneous Fenton catalyst.The effect of catalyst preparation method and carrier were studied on the proper-ties of catalyst,and the catalyst was characterized by XRD and SEM.The performance of catalyst was evaluated by the deg-radation of methyl orange wastewater.The results show that the catalyst with highly catalytic capability is prepared with a complex sol-gel method by using sepiolite as a carrier.This paper shows that the existence forms of Fe and Mn are γ-Fe2O3 and MnO.This paper also shows that there is a synergetic effect between Fe3+ and Mn2+,adsorption of catalyst and oxidation of H2O2,which will accelerate the reaction rate and optimize degradation efficiency.
