摘要
目的观察白芍总苷(total glucosides of paeony,TGP)联合雷公藤多苷(Tripteryginum wilfordiipolyglycoside,TWP)治疗类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的临床疗效。方法将120例患者分为2组,治疗组60例采用TGP和TWP治疗,对照组60例采用甲氨蝶呤联合醋氯酚酸治疗,两组疗程均为3个月。结果①治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.0%、80.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②治疗后两组晨僵时间、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、红细胞沉降率和C反应蛋白水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),但治疗后两组之间比较,上述指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 TGP合TWP治疗RA的疗效与甲氨喋呤合醋氯酚酸相当,但TGP与TWP联合方案不良反应较少,患者耐受性强,更适合治疗RA。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of total glucosides of paeony（TGP） combined with Tripteryginum wilfordii polyglycoside（TWP） in treating rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods One hundred and twenty RA patients were divided into two groups.Sixty patients in the treatment group were treated with TGP combined with TWP,and another 60 patients in the control group were treated with Methotrexate（MTX） combined with Aceclofenac.The therapeutic course for two groups was 3 months.Results（1）The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group,being higher than 80.0% in the control group with no significant difference（P〉0.05）.（2）After treatment,the morning stiffness time,the number of joint swelling or tenderness,and the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein were significantly decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment（P〈0.01）;but there was no significant difference in above-mentioned indexes between the two groups.（3）The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of TGP combined with TWP in treating RA is similar to that of MTX combined with Aceclofenac.The adverse reactions caused by TGP combined with TWP are less than those caused by MTX combined with Aceclofenac.TGP combined with TWP is more suitable for the treatment of RA because of patients＇ good tolerance.
