智能电能表的概念、标准化和检测方法初探 被引量:76

摘要 智能电能表在国内外得到了大力的推广和应用,目前关于智能电能表国际上尚没有一个统一的定义,各国关于智能电能表的标准或技术文件也不尽相同,这在一定程度上限制了智能电能表在全球的进一步推广和发展。本文对智能电能表的基本概念、标准化以及检测方法进行初步探讨,介绍目前国际上关于智能电能表的几种定义、以及关于智能电能表标准化工作的主要进展和趋势,最后介绍在智能电能表检测过程中应注意和重点关注的几个方面的内容。 Smart meters are developed and used widely in many countries recently.However there is not an international and standardized definition for smart meters and the standards or technical documents are always different among different countries,which may decrease the development of smart meters all over the world.In this paper,several major definitions of smart meters in the world are introduced and compared firstly,then the standardization trends and problems of smart meters are analyzed,and several major problems caused wide concern during smart meter testing are discussed finally.
