摘要
在综合评价过程中,为了克服专家组给出的意见不一致性,提出了一种基于专家意见差异和判断矩阵一致性的客观专家赋权法,根据判断矩阵提供的信息为各专家的意见进行赋权,通过被评价元素的权重向量和专家权重值的线性加权来确定被评价元素的优劣,并且将此方法运用到综合评价各阶段,以达到优化决策的目的。算例表明,该方法可行有效。
In order to overcome the inconsistency of the experts' opinions at the process of comprehensive evaluation, this paper provides an objective assigning weight method based on experts' opinions differences and judgment matrix consistency, and assigns weight for experts' opinions according to the information provided by the judgment matrix, and determine the merits of the evaluated elements through linear operation between weight vector of evaluated elements and the expert-weighted value. Besides, this method should be adopted at all stages of comprehensive evaluation to optimize the decisionmaking. Finally, a numerical example shows that the method is feasible and effective.
